This six-week group program is a safe space incorporating psychoeducation on the biochemical impact of stress on the body, role of gut health and nutrition on mental health, breathwork, and lifestyle-based shifts to optimize wellness.
This program is for self-motivated women who are open to learning new information for growth and recently experienced a stressful life season and want support to gain a new perspective on how to take care of themselves and optimize their life.
What you can expect:
A structured program for women who have baseline mental and physical health, have taken part in counseling or worked with a wellness practitioner in the past
Experiential exercises and homework around emotional and stress responses that are negatively impacting your health.
